AER Technologies, Inc. is one of only seven DaimlerChrysler Electronics Remanufacturing Centers in the United States. Since 1997, all transactions with DaimlerChrysler new car dealerships have been processed electronically via Mopar's Global Parts Order Processing (GPOP) program. DaimlerChrysler dealership personnel are required to order remanufactured electronic components utilizing the "Function-11" order entry utility in the GPOP system in order to ensure proper vehicle repair tracking, billing, and odometer mileage. If dealers experience problems with the order entry function while attempting to place an order for a remanufactured component please contact Mopar directly or an AER Customer Service Representative at (800) 321-6970.
