Kim Quick
Chairman

Kim Quick joined AER in 1987 as Shareholder and Director of Product Development. Kim has made many contributions to AER including the initiation of several new remanufacturing programs leading to an increase in revenue over 900%. In his current ownership role, Kim continues to solicit new business opportunities for business expansion and diversification in the automotive industry. Prior to joining AER, Kim worked at Delco Electronics, a division of General Motors. During his 14-year tenure at Delco, Kim had many different responsibilities including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, business planning, field service training & engineering, field sales management and public relations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Kim is married to Andrea and they have three children, Cameron, Emma and Logan.

Michael McGroarty
President

Michael McGroarty has been with AER since May 1995 and has held many positions in the organization.  Starting as a part time employee while working his way through college at Cal State University Fullerton, Mike's leadership abilities were refined over the years and have proven effective in guiding AER toward its current success.  In January 2001 Mike was named Director of Operations and became responsible for all customer service, manufacturing and logistics operations.  Mike's vast knowledge and experience with the company allowed the organization to reap the benefits of continuous process improvement and growth during this period.  His strengths in the development of concepts, ideas and specifications led to the successful implementation of the "Spline Flow" concept of remanufacturing making AER's remanufacturing process an industry benchmark. In January 2005 Mike lead his team in relocating AER's facility to a new 65,000 sq ft corporate office location in Brea CA.  In February 2005 Mike was named Vice President of Operations and continued to develop the organizational structure at AER while growing to over 300 employees strong.  Since this time AER has continued to grow and has acquired an additional 40,000 sq foot facility to handle the current demand.  In April 2007 Mike was named President of AER Technologies Inc. in order to promote company wide common objectives and a unified corporate direction.  Mike is married, has one child and enjoys a variety of off road activities in his time away from AER.

Ingrid Osborne
Vice President Finance & Administration

Ingrid joined AER as Vice President Finance & Administration in June 1999. She is responsible for the Financial Operations, Human Resource Management and Administrative functions of the Corporation. Prior to joining AER, Ingrid was responsible for managing the financial operations across six separate divisions of a multi-million dollar Sales and Marketing Corporation. She obtained her Accounting and Auditing experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers and gained expertise in Litigation and Business Valuation. Ingrid has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from USC. She has many accreditations from the institute of Management Accountants, Society of Human Resource Management and she is a State of California Notary Public. Ingrid is married and has two children.
